I was in Florida last week and I while there I visited the new Orlando Ikea that opened on 11/14. They had "event staff" managing the parking lot. It felt like a rock concert. Anyway, the Orlando doesn't allow shopping carts on the second floor. You can only use a shopping cart in the Market Place on the ground floor. It helped clear up a lot of congestion in the showroom areas, so I thought that was great. I planned to do more browsing and less shopping, but I ended up UPSing two boxes back to Ohio. Take Care.
